Our community of about 700 homes and businesses is located off Fort Hunt Road in the Mount Vernon District of Fairfax County, Virginia.
Hollin Hall is a true gem within Fairfax County and the greater DMV area! Where else can you walk to a neighborhood shopping center, live so close to the GW Parkway and bike path, have our children attend some of the best schools in the country, live so close to Old Town and the Mount Vernon Estate, and develop lifelong friendships with your neighbors — all with a small-town feel so close to the most powerful city in the world. What’s more, our 75th anniversary celebration of the neighborhood was a phenomenal success!
As with any neighborhood, however, we must continuously strive to keep Hollin Hall the great place it is. If you want to participate in more community events, are concerned about increased traffic or if you want to learn more about what’s happening within the neighborhood and greater Mount Vernon area, it is important for you to join HHVCA.
We normally hold meetings on the third Tuesday of every March, June, September, and November at the Hollin Hall Senior Center (2nd Floor) located at 1500 Shenandoah Road, starting at 7:15 p.m. The November meeting is the official annual meeting required by the bylaws during which the budget is approved for the following year, and officers are elected every other year to two-year terms (the next elections will be in November 2023). All (members and non-members) are welcome and encouraged to attend meetings.

We are happy to report that, once again, we are keeping dues minimal — only $10 a year per household! But your contribution goes a long way, including publication of HHVCA’s newsletter, sponsorship of community-wide events, maintenance of common areas and participation in the MVCCA and Fairfax County level forums. The more members we have, the more we can do for the community, so please join today.
To make it easy to join, we have established a PayPal account where you can immediately renew your membership or sign up as a new member. Click on the PayPal Renewal link below to pay your dues.
